If you order before 2pm on a weekday, your order will be shipped on the same day. If you order after 2pm on a weekday or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next working day.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order was shipped, including the courier tracking link for your parcel.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anything from 1 up to 4 working days, depending on the location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Watches are guaranteed against factory defects for 6 months from date of delivery. This warranty does not cover any water damage to the watch.

Sunglasses are guaranteed against factory defects for 3 months from date of delivery.

If a problem is experienced within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of returning the item.

After 30 days the client will be liable for the return of the product.

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but should you not be, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt and get a full refund or exchange it for another item of similar cost.

The client is liable for the return of the product and refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back in an acceptable condition.
