1. What are the delivery charges?

We offer free delivery to your door within 2-4 working days (depending on the location), anywhere in South Africa. Please specify your physical address for delivery, we can not deliver to PO boxes.

2. How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made using VISA and Mastercard credit cards, Instant EFT (if you bank with ABSA, Nedbank, FNB or Standard Bank), installments via PayJustNow.com and direct bank transfers on request.

3. Is it safe to buy in your online shop?

We use PayFast, the leading South African payment gateway. PayFast uses an extended Validation SSL and 256-bit encryption to provide you with a payment process that is more secure than some of our online banking systems. Payfast is also very strict with their merchants and do not tolerate any scams or fraudulent use of their systems.

4. What is the store's return policy?

On watches and sunglasses we have a 7 day return policy. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but should you not be, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt and get a full refund or exchange it for another item of similar cost.

The client is liable for the return of the product and refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back in an acceptable condition. Please contact info@statementwatches.co.za to start the refund or exchange process.

On bracelets we unfortunately have no returns, since each item is hand made according to your wrist size, so please ensure that you provide the correct information with your order.

5. Is there a warrant/guarantee on your products?

Sunglasses are guaranteed against factory defects for 3 months from date of delivery.

Watches are guaranteed against factory defects for 6 months from date of delivery. This warranty does not cover any water damage to the watch.

If a problem is experienced within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of returning the item. After 30 days the client will be liable for the return of the product. Please contact info@statementwatches.co.za to start the return process.

6. What happens after I placed my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email and  and if your order is placed before 12pm on a weekday, it will be shipped to you via courier on the day that it was purchased. If you order is placed after 12pm on a weekday or over the weekend, you order will be shipped the next working day. You will receive a notification via email once we have shipped your order.
