When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be handed over to the courier on the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday, or over a weekend or public holiday, will be shipped on the next working day.
How will I know that my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will include a tracking link, allowing you to easily track the progress of your parcel with the courier.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
