If you order before 2pm on a weekday, your order will be shipped on the same day. If you order after 2pm on a weekday or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next working day.

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order was shipped, including the courier tracking link for your parcel.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take anything from 1 up to 4 working days, depending on the location and the shipping option selected during checkout.

Watches
All watches are guaranteed against factory defects for 6 months from the date of delivery.

Please note that the warranty does not cover water damage to the watch.

Sunglasses
All sunglasses are guaranteed against factory defects for 3 months from the date of delivery.

Important Warranty Requirement
Please retain the original product box and barcode label for the full warranty period. The original box with the barcode is required when submitting a warranty claim, as it assists us in identifying and verifying the product.

Return Costs
If a problem is reported within 30 days of delivery, Statement Watches will cover the cost of returning the item to us.

After 30 days from the date of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us for inspection.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that the item is returned in an acceptable condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

All returned items must include the original packaging, box and accessories supplied with the product.

Please note that returns for factory defects are handled separately under our warranty policy. Watches are covered against factory defects for 6 months from the date of delivery, and sunglasses for 3 months from the date of delivery.

For watch warranty claims, the original watch box with the barcode label must be retained and submitted with the product.

If a warranty-related problem is reported within 30 days of delivery, Statement Watches will cover the return cost. After 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

Refunds, exchanges or warranty claims will only be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
