When will my order ship?
If you order before 2pm on a weekday, your order will be shipped on the same day.
If you order after 2pm on a weekday or on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next working day.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take anything from 1 up to 4 working days, depending on the location and the shipping option selected during checkout.
What is the store's return policy?
On watches and sunglasses we have a 7 day return policy. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but should you not be, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt and get a full refund or exchange it for another item of similar cost.
The client is liable for the return of the product and refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back in an acceptable condition. Please contact info@statementwatches.co.za to start the refund or exchange process.
